• Pay by Zelle, Venmo, check or cash and upload a photo of the receipt in their portal

Either way, the payment is attached to the invoice it belongs to.

Verify in one place, not ten

Uploaded receipts land in the Finance Verification Center. You see the invoice, the amount and the proof side by side, then approve with one click. The parent gets a receipt, and the invoice flips to paid.

Tip: partial payments are tracked too, so a family that pays $80 of a $120 invoice shows the correct remaining balance.

Send reminders without the awkward conversation

Select the overdue invoices and send a friendly reminder by email and in-app notification. Reminders are personalized with the parent’s name, the student’s name and the amount due, so you never write the same message twice.
